PIONEERS is a tabletop roleplaying game for 2-5 Survivors and a Mission Control player.

This game is Illuminated, and is made using the LUMEN system created by Spencer Campbell of GilaRPGs. This game is not affiliated with Gila RPGs.

Game Format

The PIONEERS pdf was designed to be viewed on a desktop or laptop computer, and that's the recommended way to read the game.

However, we've made two addtional formats available: the pocket reference, which laid out fit on most smart phones, and the printable version, in case you want to carry some dead trees with you.

Game Text License

The game rules and all other text in the pdfs are available under the Anti-Capitalist Attribution Cooperative License, in case you want to adapt any parts of this game for something else, or add your own creations to the worlds of PIONEERS. This isn't a legal summary but: don't be a cop, don't be a boss, be anti-capitalist. Read it for the details.
